Hydrogen & Water — The Deeper Current
01 · Foundations
What is molecular hydrogen?
Molecular hydrogen is H₂: two hydrogen atoms joined as a molecule. In hydrogen-rich water, H₂ is present as dissolved molecular hydrogen.
Hydrogen can be introduced to water through different technologies and formats. The method, concentration, timing and study design all matter when interpreting the evidence.
Findings from one hydrogen format should not automatically be applied to another. A study involving hydrogen gas, hydrogen-rich water or another delivery method is not, by itself, evidence for a particular commercial product.
02 · Research
A field still being explored
Research on molecular hydrogen spans several types of evidence. They answer different questions and carry different levels of practical relevance.
What happens in people?
Human trials can provide direct clinical information, but their meaning depends on study size, participant group, controls, duration, delivery method and other design choices.
What does the wider picture show?
Reviews can help map a research field, but their conclusions depend on the quality and consistency of the studies they include.
What may be worth investigating?
Animal studies can help researchers explore mechanisms and generate hypotheses. Their results do not automatically translate into effects in people.
What can happen under controlled conditions?
Laboratory work can reveal biological or chemical mechanisms, but it is an early layer of evidence rather than proof of a real-world health outcome.
03 · How we read
Context before conclusions
At Will of Water, we prefer careful interpretation over exaggerated promises. Four questions guide how we approach the literature.
Study type
Human trials, reviews, animal studies and laboratory studies are considered separately rather than treated as equivalent evidence.
Delivery method
We look at how molecular hydrogen was administered. Research using one delivery method should not automatically be transferred to another.
Context
Concentration, duration, participant group, comparison method and study size can all change what a result actually means.
Replication
A single study is a starting point, not the end of the conversation. Independent replication and the wider body of evidence matter.

Follow the source material
For visitors who want to go deeper, VitaminH2 maintains an external index of molecular-hydrogen studies.
External VitaminH2 research library
We provide this link as a research resource. Inclusion of a study in that library does not mean Will of Water endorses every conclusion, and it does not mean every study applies to VitaminH2 or another specific product.

VitaminH2 is now available
VitaminH2 is an effervescent tablet format designed to release molecular hydrogen (H₂) when dissolved in water.
Available now · CHF 49 per packVitaminH2 — Molecular Hydrogen Tablets
Each pack contains 60 effervescent tablets and is available in Peach or Strawberry for CHF 49. Buy any 2 packs for CHF 88; the promotion is applied automatically in the cart.
Food supplement. Dissolve 1 tablet in 200–300 ml of water and wait until fully dissolved. The supplier recommends 1–2 tablets per day. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Keep out of reach of children. Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Research about molecular hydrogen should not be read as proof of a specific effect from this product unless the evidence is directly applicable to the product and the claim is legally supportable.

Useful distinctions
Does every hydrogen study apply to VitaminH2?
No. Research can use different forms, concentrations, delivery methods, protocols and study populations. Product-specific conclusions require evidence that is actually applicable to the product.
Is hydrogen research settled science?
No single research library should be read that way. The field contains different study designs and levels of evidence, and findings should be considered in context and alongside the wider body of research.
Is this medical advice?
No. This page is provided for general educational information and is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
